Payment Policy
Limited time offer - pay $1 deposit only (non refundable ). Booking may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to stay dates when the balance will be charged. If we close due to Covid-19 government restrictions, or any other reason, we will refund any monies paid.  Please note that we cannot be held liable for any associated travel costs, if we do close for any reason. If we are open but you are unable to travel due to a Covid lockdown, or because you have to isolate, we will reschedule your dates if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival.

Cancellation Policy
$1 deposit to book - this is non refundable unless we have to close for any reason.
More than 14 days cancellation notice - deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 14 days notice (including non arrival) - full payment of period booked is due. However, if you are unable to travel due to a Covid lockdown, or because you have to isolate, we will reschedule your dates if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival.

Balance of booking will be deducted from credit card 14 days prior to stay dates. 
Guests are recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance. 
Normal check in time is from 2pm and check out by 11am but may vary with notice. A fee of $50 may be levied for late departure where incoming guests may be inconvenienced.

Every effort will be made to provide your cottage of choice but we reserve the right to alter this for operational purposes - we will contact you in advance if this is the case.
 
Cottages are not serviced on stays of less than a week.  We will change towels, replenish firewood and monitor spas at cottages.  On stays of more than one week, we will do a a mid-stay clean and change bed linen and towels.
 
We reserve the right to charge to your credit card any damage however caused or cleaning beyond the normal of a reasonable guest. Cottages must be left in a clean and tidy condition with all dishes washed and put away.
You and your guests must not damage any of our Property. You are liable for and indemnify us against all loss or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred or suffered directly or indirectly in connection with the use of our Property by you or any of your guests.
"Property" means the property known as Telegraph Retreat located at 126 Federation Way, Telegraph Point New South Wales, Australia and all of our other real or personal property located within or on the Property.
Payment of a deposit is acknowledgement & acceptance of these terms and conditions.
